Dan Saladino (Eating to Extinction)
Op donderdag is Brits auteur Dan Saladino exclusief te gast op FXT Connect te Genk. Dan's keynote valt ook samen met de lancering van de Nederlandstalige vertaling van de bestseller "Eating to Extinction".
Dan Saladino is voedseljournalist en radiomaker. Hij maakt programma's voor BBC Radio en BBC World Service. Zijn werk is erkend door de Guild of Food Writers Awards, de Fortnum & Mason Food and Drink Awards en de James Beard Foundation. In 2019 won hij de Jane Grigson Trust Award voor het programma "The Ark of Taste".
